I have been working as a certified Counsellor since 2004. I can be found on the NCS accredited register and also their Children and Young People Therapists register. I specialize in working with people to identify and achieve their personal goals by exploring the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety or difficulties. This may entail learning techniques to help relieve stress if appropriate, or simple neuroscience to aids understanding. As an integrative counsellor I use various methodologies, according to your individual needs. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to working with you.
