About Me

I have always enjoyed being active and taking part in all kinds of sports. 

My main sport is polo and I like nothing more than travelling to compete with my three ponies, in fact I am also a qualified equine massage therapist!

It was through a persistent back injury I discovered the importance of ensuring a

balance between soft tissue therapy and strength work to improve posture and

stability

Whether you are an athlete chasing a PB or struggling with a sore back from sitting

at work or in the car, a sports massage treatment can help relieve soreness and

tension in your muscles. 

Despite what people might think, a sports massage needed be a painful experience, the pressure or how deep the treatment is, will be tailored to the individual.

When I am not massaging people and horses I work in schools as a Science

Intervention Tutor. I am therefore also fully DBS checked to work with children as well as adults.

Prices:

30 minutes £25 Suitable for just one area,

for example back or legs

45 minutes £40 Suitable for multiple areas
